About Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa
Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa is a beautiful resort located in a stunning spot. Guests have reported excellent service from employees who work hard to create a great experience. The food served at the resort is highly praised, with some exceptions, such as a cold chicken sandwich. The resort features great amenities like pools, hot tubs, and a fantastic bakery and restaurant. Families have enjoyed the carousel ride and mini golf, making it a wonderful place for kids. The rooms are generally well kept, but some guests have noted issues with the mattress comfort and bathroom ventilation. Overall, the resort and staff are considered outstanding, offering clean and updated rooms, friendly front desk personnel, and a great location that makes it easy to explore nearby Midway.
The merry-go-round was great. They had beautiful walking paths, (go see the crater), a bike store. The Starbucks left A LOT to be desired, it's not a normal Starbucks. Decent food within a short drive. Conference rooms were nice.
Worst mattress that I have ever slept on... It’s like sleeping on a concrete slab. Woke up each day with my back hurting. The bathroom has a single thin shower curtain that doesn’t block any of the water from just spilling out onto the floor the entire time you’re showering and there is no fan in there. You have to keep the bathroom door open just to get some ventilation. It’s a great way to build up mold and gross smells fast. The rest of the hotel (spa included) was decent. It’s just the room that is lacking in a lot of ways
My wife and 3 daughters stayed here for a weekend and we loved every minute of it. Wonderful location, great rooms, awesome pools and hot tubs, my daughters loved the carousel ride, and fantastic bakery and restaurant at the resort. Very easy to go into Midway for meals and activities as well. The staff were great and gave us excellent service. Cannot wait to go back and stay again soon!
