All of the girls working there are very nice and helpful, I love going there because I’m always able to have help, to pick out the correct creams and make-up, that Always works great on me, and my skin. My daughter and I have been coming to the Ulta salon for a while now, and we both see Chavaun. I am extremely picky about my hair, like “I don’t let just anyone touch it” picky and Chavaun is the only person I fully trust.
She just gets hair. Her color knowledge is freakishly smart, her cutting style is crazy spot-on, and she actually listens (which is rarer than it should be). She makes sure we’re on the same page, keeps expectations realistic, and always over delivers.
