Ben responded to a emergency immediately for me after another plumbing company cancelled my appointment. He kind and fast working to resolve a old stuck valve. He quickly determined a solution to my problem even with old pipes he was able to replace my valve with a ball valve. Especially impressive considering the small space he had to work with. I would highly recommend Ben. It's hard to find genuine people these days in any field especially plumbing. Thank you again Ben. 😊
Ben at T&S was excellent. He was able to put in a new tankless water heater for us at a very reasonable cost. He was punctual, and always very good at communication. He would text when he was on the way, explained clearly what was to be done, and finished when he said he would. I would definitely recommend.
