I sincerely hope that any and all other private loan companies take note of the SPECTACULAR customer service that this particular branch provides. I just got off the phone with an associate after she called me to let me know my payment had come due over the weekend and would I like to take care of it? The conversation I had with her was like talking to a friend. I have NEVER been treated like this with ANY company. Not my credit cards, car finance company, bank…. I really hope that you can expand into a bigger market because, just wow! Thank you ladies!

Kara is Ausum,& always has been.I See why she is the manager of this location.She just makes everything so easy & painless.My recommendation is 2 do sumthng really nice 4 her 4 sure,but why don't U just send her on a carabean cruz,& take us all with her,I've already got my straw hat & sun block,shorts,& flipflops,& t-shirt already packed & ready 2 go.Thanks so much 4 such a good employee 2 help me.Bon voyage.Ron Bateman
