Ben is awful to work with, run far and fast away to literally any other place in the valley.

We had them install a new furnace and AC. The furnace has worked fine keeping our house warn during the winter. However, the AC has never been able to keep our house cool. We've patiently worked with them for 3 years while they've tried to get it to work, but no luck. Now Dan (the owner) says they're done trying unless we start paying for additional labor. Lame. The AC has never worked consistently, so why should we have to pay more to get a working system (that's what we already paid for, right?)? You would think that they would try to make it right somehow, but instead they're just going to to walk away and leave us with a system that can't... read full review

I had Ben replace one furnace at one property and install a full HVAC system at another property. He was very unprofessional. He was late every day he came to do work. Once he came to my house after 9pm wanting to work. Both systems failed with in a month of operation and were erroring due to install mistakes. I reviewed the full install again as a spring inspection and found three other things wrong with the install. Ben raised his voice to me and my other contractor on multiple occasions when we were trying to help him complete his job. I do not trust him to touch my properties again.
