It was OK ... When I've been there before they gave you a little packet that had a moist cloth in it but they didn't do that this time, and there were no rags to use in the bins where you vacuum out your cars.

Great wash! Great staff! The staff that I've come into contact with greet you with a warm welcome and that says a lot about a company. You pay for at-your-own risk car wash convenience. I know I'm not washing my own car so if something were to happen to my vehicle, that's my own risk to take - as with any business I support, as a consumer. Nowadays, we are so wrapped up in instant gratification that we forget what has to be compromised for it. Businesses make changes all the time and although I love the "convenience" of the express lane, I know that if I want a dash wipe, I go to the cashier lane.
