Great place! Massage was great, facial and diamond glow was even better! Can't wait to go back. Fun experience. Make sure to do research on some of their products though. I found alternatives for their chapstick that lasts longer and has the same SPF properties but I haven't ever found such great facial SPF that I got from them. Customer service was amazing!
(this is an updated review) I will start off by saying I have been going to this location for over a year, and the services here are amazing. My previous review stated that I was disappointed with the front desks scheduling and charging issues. I did receive a call from Kat, from Hand and Stone, and she was wonderful and helped me understand a charge which was a misunderstanding by me. Her kindness and service is enough to raise my original review from 1 star to 4. Although my complain about the scheduling still remains, but it is nice to have someone like Kat help you with any issues.
I had a wonderful experience! I used a gift card I received from my friends on my birthday to give myself a day of love! First of all, thanks to Catalina for helping me schedule my appointments with Georgia for the facial and Maria for the massage. They were both spectacular! I walked out of there walking on clouds!The place was clean and organized and the front desk staff was super attentive to any needs. Thanks again Catalina, you guys are the best!
