DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I booked a move for 6/25/2022. The company made me pay $400 upfront (s photo). The day before the move, I didn't get a confirmation call as planned. The morning of the move (scheduled for 4 PM), I began calling the company to confirm yet I could only reach voicemail. I tried every number I could find for their company, always with the same result. No one ever called me back. In addition, I sent texts to all of these numbers and also sent emails,all with no response. Apparently the company is closed on weekends (today is Saturday), yet you'd think they would at least have a dispatcher or emergency contact for situations like this. Long story short, it's going on 8 PM and they clearly aren't coming. I don't know if this is fraud or just lousy service, but if it's lousy service, it's lousy at an inhumane level. I was supposed to be out of my apartment tomorrow. Not only can I not find anyone to do an emergency move, but I can't find anyone to come until Wednesday. I'm going to be penalized by my apartment complex for not being out on time. I'll also have to miss work for a weekday move. All of these things will cost me money. Furthermore, I took my bed apart, so I'll be sleeping on the floor, and I had to move my skittish cat back to my apartment, which was traumatizing for her (I moved her to the new place this morning to get her out of the way, but I can't leave her in an empty house for the next 4 days). If this company is even legit, they should be seriously ashamed. I really hope karma comes for them soon. Moving is stressful enough, and leaving someone hanging like this without explanation is just cruel.

These people are unethical scammers. DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are unresponsive, hold your items hostage until you pay a much higher price than what you agreed to. Do not trust them with anything. They are anything but "gentle". They break stuff and are unresponsive and careless about any damages.
