Scott Beck is real. CEO, and in charge. Legitimate father, philanthropist, and down-to-earth dude.Company has many challenges, internally speaking, yet, I am proud to be part of his team.Love my teammates too. For the most part.The issues I could share are too far 1st world to overcome any of that which has already been stated.Wish former employers had known how to balance a need for profit/growth with a altruistic mission of human empathy; simply makes the agony of modern business bearable.
I currently work for CHG and it is a rewarding career. I love coming to work knowing that I have an impact on healthcare patients life all over the country. The company truly cares about their culture and the well-being of all the employees.
I had the great opportunity to work with these guys and learn about this organization. They do an amazing job at putting people first and looking out after their employees. Comp health is a great company.
