I've found they are so easy to work with..they communicate in advance by phone and text with instructions about preparing for the next lawn treatment, with a number to call for any questions. I like that. They've been treating my lawn for several years and I've never found them lacking in any sense.. in fact, they are really great!! They've informed me if more watering is needed and for how long. They've told me that there are grubs in the lawn which need treatment for eradication and then possible reseeding.. they are very thorough!
