Overall, Family Pet Hospital is highly recommended for their excellent service, caring and knowledgeable staff, and commitment to providing the best possible care for pets.
We came in to get our dog Riot checked for diabetes and kidney problems and the care was nothing short of amazing. Vet techs Alec, Sarah and Addie were all incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr MacDonald showed great care and gave us fantastic advice. Everyone here will go out of their way to make sure you and your pet are taken care of and you can tell they genuinely love animals. The best part is that our four legged friend is on the mend so big thanks to everyone at Family Pet Hospital :) 10/10!
Of all the pet care facilities and personnel, Family Pet Hospital has given us the most satisfaction and support, especially when we needed it most. We recently had to have our female ShiTzu put to sleep a week shy of her 16th birthday. Dr B was so caring and sympathetic in our sorrow. We are so glad to have him and his staff looking after our 17 1/2 year old male ShiTzu and know we are in caring capable hands. 🐶🐾❤
