Very thorough. They follow up and check in on my pet. The vets take their time and truly care about my dogs well-being. I have an other dog aggressive pup, and they have a separate room for us. Love this clinic!
I never write reviews, but if I could give this place 100 stars I would! I called them around 12:45 this afternoon in a panic about my pets health. They were the only vet clinic in a 15 mile radius to answer my call AND take me seriously! Their receptionist was genuinely so kind, listened to my concerns and got me an appointment for 2:25 that same day. I did drop off so I wasn't able to go in with my cat but the doctor called me, explained exactly what he did, what he thought was wrong with my cat (and why), and the next steps. Highly recommend! I just went there for the first time and they were attentive, professional, caring and gave me and my cat VIP treatment. It was a relaxing atmosphere and they took all the time necessary to give us great service. We weren't rushed even though they fit us in the same day I called with an urgent concern. All the staff were very professional and I was impressed from the moment I made the call. Thank you Family Pet Hospital!
