All of this describes our experience with RAM Builders and our complex deck reconstruction and waterproofing. We can not thank Shaan and his crew with Ram Builders and Stucco enough. We have had an ongoing issue with water leaks in two areas of our home and was getting worse each year. We researched extensively gathering 4 opinions and bids from 4 different companies. Shaan and Ram Builders went in depth with explaining our problem and gave us numerous pictures and articles of how they have fixed many homes suffering the same issue as ours. I appreciate the extra work they put in when they realized that our windows might leak in the future. Added work and days to the job and they could have just skipped it and still have done their job. They worked when it was over 100 degrees and had to take days off due to rain-- very flexible and available when we had questions. Looks great.
