We've used this company twice when our upstairs neighbor flooded our apartment. Complete Restoration was friendly, clean, and worked well with our insurance company. I do wish they were more communicative, efficient, and thorough. They can be hard to reach/don't return calls quickly. And we were out of our unit for 3 months waiting for them to finish the first time. Since we moved back in we have found multiple spots that they missed (warped/cracked walls in the closets). They do a walk through at the end of the job, so make sure you look in every nook and cranny. Would I recommend? Maybe. But guess what! I have loved working with Complete Restoration both professionally and personally. They go above and beyond, and won’t try to do work that isn’t needed just for the sake of doing work. Great people to work with!
