Other than not having extensions of my color in stock (may be God willing), the service and experience is WELL ABOVE expectations. Knowing cosmology, I felt safe with my virgin fragility hair in my stylist’s hands. She applies her natural beauty of a person in her work. As an educator/administrator/coach in public education, I value this in her professionalism. I’m more than impressed with her. So I’ll return home with less, short, ugly, flat hair at no cost to the stylist, just my natural ugliness. Leonna is nothing short of extraordinary! This was the first time I'd allowed anyone but me to cut my hair in 2 and a half years, my last stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and left me botched. So coming in I was nervous but I knew I was in good hands before I was even getting shampooed. Eliza cut my hair and was very patient, listened to what I wanted and walked me through the haircut the whole time. She cut my hair in a way that accentuates my very slight natural wave and no matter what looks professional anytime I style it and looks effortless anytime I leave it natural to air dry. Super nice salon and quick, clean but not rushed work!
