Was having soreness in my back and tightness down one leg. I completely love Chris Bailey’s approach. Rather than trying to make me dependent on him, he taught me exercises, stretches, and basically that I don’t have to live with a sore back, but if I do the right movements, I can always loosen it up and not deal with pain. Definitely recommend him!!!
