We had an outstanding experience building our custom home with X3 Homes, and we can’t say enough great things about Seth Scott and his team. X3 Homes and Seth Scott have been fabulous to work with. We started off at Benloch by purchasing a lot from the developer. From there, we had a few options to choose from when it came to the builder. We researched, talked to others, did price comparisons, and finally pulled the trigger with X3. This was a great decision. From the get go, the whole process was personalized yet efficient. Everything from the design process to engineering to construction to the final touches were performed with the utmost quality and professionalism, respect for our time, and ample communication. Minor tweaks along the way (on our part) were greeted with openness and flexibility. Seth is readily available and prompt to respond to texts/emails/phone calls. It was an overall pleasant, boutique-type experience and the final product turned out better than any home we've previously built. In hindsight, I'm very happy we chose X3 as other builders have had considerable delays and poor communication (as per our neighbors who went with the other guys). I highly recommend X3 and Seth.
