Wing Mortuary provides caring and professional services, with staff who are generally nice to families. However, there was a lack of communication regarding the cemetery process, resulting in the remains sitting unclaimed until noticed by a worker. Some found the staff honest and helpful, especially when they were taken to Berg Mortuary. During a service, the phone rang constantly, and staff answered calls loudly, which was considered unprofessional. Overall, the experience was mixed, with appreciation for the care but concerns about communication and professionalism during services.
We lost our sweet daughter in Feb 2026. The workers at Wing were so respectful. We felt cared for and helped during this difficult time. They never rushed us and they were flexible with our schedule. They were so willing to help us with whatever we requested. The people really were amazing! Thank you so much Wing!
Kind and generous. We used them for our granddaughter’s graveside service. They worked so well with our desires to spend time with her body at the mortuary. They set up all the chairs and took care of everything. They met with our schedules and spent so much time with us. The programs they made were perfect. We are so grateful.
