We purchased a custom pavilion kit which we assembled ourselves and could not be happier with it. Entire experience from start to finish was as good or better than could be expected. We live out of state and despite extensive searching I could not find anything comparable locally. Glad I finally decided to make this purchase. I was a bit nervous at first because it’s a lot of money to spend for something off the internet but the people I worked with on the project were pros and throughout the process I was continually reassured that I had made the right decision. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and it has made a dramatic improvement to our patio space.

I loved working with Western Timber frame. I called on a Saturday and they came out that day!! Darren Dunne was my salesman and help with everything!! He was willing to come over and help with things that I doubt any other company would have offered. The teardown went smoothly and so did the installation. The people they have working for them and David my project manager did a wonderful job!! You can't go wrong with them!!!
