Fantastic job! We are extremely happy with the job that Brent and Alex did! They exceeded our highest expectations of how it was going to turn out! Brent is a total expert who takes personal pride in making sure each project he works on is perfection! I’m sorry to say that in the middle of the project I didn’t see his vision of making the deck come out perfect. He took the time to explain why he was doing everything he was doing and why it was superior to alternative ways of doing it. Five years ago Vinyl Industries installed a Grip Rail for our outside basement entry to our home. We had some construction work done and the workers removed the Grip Rail. When we wanted to reinstall it, the end piece was missing and a screw had broken off inside the screw hole. Greg Armstrong waited for me to drive to his shop near the end of the day, attached an end piece on the Grip Rail and tapped out the broken screw. No charge he said. This is 5-star customer service, quality work and products. Thank you Greg and Vinyl Industries!
Best price and quality. Salesman came to measure which I appreciated. The other company did not. Install took a day for posts and next week the panels and gates. I’d recommend them and would buy from them again.
