Generally it's Berklee behind the counter when I stop by. Having done customer service for about six years I've seen a lot of the crap she undoubtedly deals with but she's always smiling, kind and thoughtful. She's also working hard each time I see her, and that's quite a rare combination to find in employees. Keep this one, management

I have been using this cleaners for years. They are a premium provider where you pay a higher fee in exchange for better service. They do a good job cleaning the clothes however they don't honor the coupons that they send me. The person collecting the clothing always insures me that they will apply the coupon but they rarely do. Update: The store reached out and has made this error right. I'm going to keep using them going forward. The Manager was very nice and helpful. The Tide App. allows you to preload the coupons into it so when you drop your clothes off the coupon will be waiting on your account.

The cleanliness and professional way they take care of the shirts and dry cleaning are top-notch. Their handling of coupons and discounts is flawed. They need to fix the phone app so that the coupon you select isn't the one with the lesser value.
