I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses in June 2024. The lab was unable to complete this order because standard optical was transitioning labs. I was told August 2024 was the expected completion of my sunglasses.
In August I called and was told a better expectation was in September 2024.
In September I called and was told November.
I have not received these sunglasses to this day (April 2025).
Repeated calls to any of the offices result in busy, disconnected, or full mailboxes. I have called Sandy, Holladay, South Jordan and this Lehi branch where I went for my eye exam.

Every single locations phone number does not work it's like they're out of business if the phone number works it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full and it hangs up you should really update your phone number on Google and your website (cuz I tried all the numbers off there and they don't maych) if you're still in business
I had a voucher from my work to get prescription safety glasses, unfortunately I went here instead of another business that could take the voucher. They didn’t tell me until after the exam that it would take 2-4 months to get my glasses……it’s now been over 6 months without a word from them. I went in once to check to see what the heck was the problem, he said he’d look into it and call me back. They never did. I would never do business with them again.
