9/26, Ryan from Peterson Paint came out. He painted both full walls, corner to corner, in the hall. The hall looks so much better now. Apparently the paint color used by the builder is hard to match up even with the “color chart” shown on the small can of touch up paint left. Thank you!
Once the paint dried, we could see exactly where walls were painted over patched areas from drywall. We unfortunately did not pay attention to how the painting was going (our fault). Little did we know the both full walls in the hallway would not get painted, just patched areas. This work was part of house warranty. My goodness, we are impressed! We just had a paint touchup arranged by our home builder (Ivory Homes), and Petersen Painting was great to work with. Everyone has been highly professional, courteous, and attentive. And then the painter, Jose, showed up on our doorstep. We have been blown away by Jose's work! He was kind, professional, appropriately attentive to detail, listened, went the extra mile without being asked, and delivered HIGH quality results. I hope Jose hears about this review and is rewarded for not only the results, but how he made us customers feel. He's a one in a million level of awesome! Thank you, Jose and Petersen Painting!
