Kinsie is the most AMAZING stylist. I drive 8+ hours from Colorado because I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. She is friendly, professional and does the most incredible job of any stylist I’ve EVER had….and at 43 years old, I had far too many before I found her. If I could leave 100 stars I would. And ironically, I just happened to be needing a color while visiting Lehi a few years ago, and found Ottalus on Google. I refuse to go anywhere else or to anyone else ever since. Kinsie is what makes the experience but Ottalus as a salon, is truly welcoming and wonderful as well. I can’t make a higher recommendation. Worth every mile driven and every penny spent.

Shawni did a fabulous job bringing my hair from brown to a beautiful bright blonde!! She's incredible at styling, cutting, and curling hair! Every time I come, I receive the best care! 10/10 would recommend getting your hair done by Shawni!!

Makenna was awesome! I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted and she totally understood what I was going for -- super kind and helpful! I was taking quite a bit of length off my hair and was nervous that I would regret it but she did an amazing job and I totally love my cut! Definitely recommend!
