I tried this company out because of the reviews here on Google, and I'm so glad I did. They're friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. I haven't had any problems this season, which is a big deal because of all the construction going on around me. Since it often takes multiple times to remove existing ant colonies, they came out as often as needed for extra treatment. Thank you, Jitterbug!EDITED 3/4/2024: almost a decade later, we are still pleased to be Jitterbug customers. They're always very responsive to any follow-up services in between regular visits. We needed someone to come out quickly to help us with a rodent and spider problem. Within one day Jitterbug came out and was very helpful. They explained what they would be doing and through their quarterly service plan they would come back as many times as needed until the problem was fixed. Very happy with Jitterbug’s timeliness and help fixing our pest problems.

Harrison was so helpful and easy to talk to about my concerns. He addressed all of them with the utmost respect and even told me what types of bugs I had been seeing when I showed him so of the ones I captured.
