Joe is always friendly when I call, and his service techs are the same. They always take their time, address any concerns I may have, and they do a great job. Recommended by our exterminator from St. George area - they have lived up to our standards and I would gladly recommend their service to anyone that asks.
We started to find spiders and beetles all over our new home!🤢 I tried calling many different companies, but I felt like none of them would listen to me! I could tell they just wanted the sell. I was concerned the beetle I was seeing was a type of carpet beetle, but wasn’t sure. All of the other companies told me that it was a separate service for carpet beetles, so if their normal spray didn’t work, I would have to pay for another separate service. I finally called Jitterbug and I could instantly tell the difference from them and the other companies! Joe listened and assured me that if the normal spray didn’t work, they would keep coming back and try different things until the Problem was solved for no extra cost! The Technician was very nice, punctual and awesome! I’ll always recommend and use this company!
Honestly, I don't think I can say enough great things about Jitterbug. I became a customer of theirs through a coworker's referral. I've never been disappointed. Others might try to sell you on some app they got, but Joe has always been incredibly responsive. If something ever comes up, I'll shoot him a text and he responds in an hour or two at most. He'll always have someone swing by within 24 hours to take care of any issues. Prices are very reasonable for the great service you get! I'm happy to be a customer.
