Intermountain Physical Therapy - American Fork Hospital - Lehi

The facility is clean:We attend this location, a few times.We would like to communicate to the management of this facility.The receptionist was not pleasant to speak with at all.She is elderly around her 40's or 50's, located in the physical therapy department.Our encounters with her were unpleasant specially short and cold demeanor, we felt discriminated by our color of skin, for our experience.A patient infront of us (white) she was treated with etiquette and extremely friendliness. We appreciate the excellent care given to our family member at this facility. All of the staff we interacted with over the course of several months were wonderful. And I can't say enough about our physical therapist Tyler--He was the absolute best! He knew just how to help and encourage our family member thru out their recovery. He was knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, kind, humorous, sincere, and caring. We would recommend him and this facility to anyone. Thank you Lehi IHC Physical Therapy!

Let's be super real, don't waste your time if you're scheduled with Dr. Barclay. The worst. Saw Dr Barclay about a year and a half ago and he was terrible then, thought I'd give it another chance, but still terrible.
