We looked into building a home with Bailey builders, and really liked working with a local team. The bigger builders didn’t give us much ability to customize layouts and other features of their floor plans, so this was a huge benefit of working with a local company. Interest rates, spiked, and building cost went through the roof during Covid, so we ended up buying an existing home and hiring Bailey builders to renovate everything. They did a wonderful job, and will be sure to use them in the future.

I highly recommend working with Bailey Builders. We've built 3 houses and they were without question the best we've worked with. Kirk and his team were always professional and quick to respond both during and after the build.
