Dr David Stevens is a skilled spinal surgeon who has operated on my wife twice with very good outcomes. Another spinal concern has led her back to him for assessment. We await the anslysis.

Dr. Steven’s is a professional and makes you feel comfortable the first time you meet him. Explained every detail about both of my options in getting back surgery and I was very happy when I left our meeting.

We provide spine surgery when indicated for problems such as: disc herniation, stenosis, spondylolisthesis, spondylolysis, scoliosis, deformity, degeneration and other spinal conditions. We perform minimally invasive surgeries as well as traditional surgeries as conditions allow. In children and adolescents, we are one of a few surgeons who perform pars repair rather than fusion for spondylolysis (pars defects or fracture). We are located conveniently in Davis County in Layton, UT and are part of Tanner Clinic.
