The price was way better than that other computer repair place (sorry guys, "We DON'T love you," or you laptops.") and I didn't feel condescended to for bringing in my computer and asking questions.

Brought 5 yr old laptop that had failing fan. Within 2 hrs Shawn called back to tell me they had the needed HP fan in stock, and it was fixed! Price was reasonable, but the turn around was amazing! I'll be back for sales and repairs.
