Professional and friendly techs. Fast turnaround time. I had my diagnosis the same day and the fix was finished the next day. The price was way better than that other computer repair place (sorry guys, "We DON'T love you," or you laptops.") and I didn't feel condescended to for bringing in my computer and asking questions.
I've now purchased six laptops from StarWest since 2018 for myself and my three children. There's a reason they continue to get my business. They offer great products at fair prices, are friendly, knowledgeable, and back what they sell.
Brought 5 yr old laptop that had failing fan. Within 2 hrs Shawn called back to tell me they had the needed HP fan in stock, and it was fixed! Price was reasonable, but the turn around was amazing! I'll be back for sales and repairs.
