These guys are awesome. Did work on my desktop rebuild same day. Told them i was willing to pay more for an emergency service, they still charged very reasonably. Got it done within i think about 5 hours. Very happy with my pc upgrades. They even took my call answering my questions when one of the new components seemed to be having issues, which I am first attempting an RMA on the new ram sticks. They talked to be for about 20 minutes on the phone about this. Very patient, informative, and polite. Will be using them from now on! Thanks again!
What an great experience! I was looking for a lenovo , think pad , and my friend said to go here. They have a great selection of refurbished and new products. Absolutely over the top great customer service!
My original iMac crashed on me, so I took it in to Josh. It was a complicated situation that took a little time, BUT.. he was able to retrieve and transfer everything from my crashed Mac into a newer, more updated and overall better Mac. I am very grateful he was able to get me (and my music) back up and running again in pretty short amount of time, and it didn't break the bank either. Very reasonable prices. It was a very good experience for me. He's a rockstar. I highly recommend Josh & Star West.
