From the moment I walked in for my first appointment, I felt welcomed and cared for. The receptionist, Jesse, was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Nielsen and his assistant made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. They truly listened to what I wanted moving forward and took the time to address all of my concerns.
Dr. Nielsen carefully explained my proposed treatment plan and gave me something I hadn’t felt in a long time, hope. I was amazed to learn that in just about 4–5 weeks I could have my teeth removed and leave with new ones the same day. His confidence, professionalism, and compassion made me feel completely at ease.
Where do I even begin ? From the minute I called & made an appointment to see Dr Neilsen I knew I had found my new Dentist. I've had horrible teeth my entire life & partly due to a bike crash as a young kid. I've had multiple implants done & when I went in Dr Neilsen came up with a QUICK & AGGRESSIVE plan to get me taken care of & he's been an enormous help. He cares about his patients & doesn't make you feel like just a number. He's made himself readily available to get my issues taken care of & dealt with & he listens. That's important to me. This place is amazing, I had a great experience with everyone here. Very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff! Massive thank you to Jessie, Michele, Taylor, and Dr. Nielsen! I highly recommend this dental office for any dental work you may need, I walked in with awful tooth pain (multiple sleepless nights) and walked out feeling amazing! Talking from personal experience, they will take great care of you!
