I switched OBGYNs because the office/receptionists/scheduling is IMPOSSIBLE. To even call and make an appointment, I would be on hold for at least half an hour. The messaging systems didn't work, I would never get a call back. Receptionists on the phone were rude and hard to deal with. Overall great provider, terrible office, not worth it to deal with.
My old review got deleted so I’m reposting it. I came to this office a few years ago. I have ptsd and lots of trauma around women’s health visits. I saw Zhelia Schwartz and it was terrible. She berated me for using a deodorant. She was harsh with me and very cold in her manner. I started crying during the visit and was struggling with the whole time. I left in tears. The next day the clinic called me and asked about what happened, and then they proceeded to tell me that I had upset other patients ( I was in a corner room!) and I wasn’t welcome back to their clinic and I needed to find a new provider. Im so upset. I have loved this place. I saw a wonderful NP Tayna last week and was happy. I was told I would have my results the next day. 2 days later I called and my results were in but my Np was not in the office. So not only did they not call me but no one else did. Monday is now here and I called again. I was told I would get a call and guess what. They are now closed and no call. Shame on you. This is terrible pt care. We are supposed to trust you. You have lost all my faith. Guess I need a new provider again.
