My roof was damaged by hail and I called American Roofing after asking my insurance agent for a recommendation. After Andrew came out and inspected the roof, I submitted a claim. Andrew worked with the insurance company and made sure that the adjustor had covered everything and explained every step in process. I always felt informed and that I could trust him. In addition, he was pleasant to work with.
I couldn't ask for a better company to help us get a new roof. Andrew helped me understand how the door to door "roofing" contractors didn't have our best interest when it came to dealing with our insurance after a hailstorm. Anitheer company had us sign a form authorizing then to get on our roof, so they said. It turned out that it was a hidden contract, and not a good one full of penalties and whatnot. Thank goodness it would hold water. Everything Andrew explained came true and saved us a possible headache. He was upfront and honest, and his crew was quick and efficient, along with clean-up!
