We had James out to look at our shower/tub and why when the shower was on the water would come out of the shower head and the tub spout. After diagnosing the issue it was determined that the shower head and tub spout needed to be replaced. He gave me my estimates and I immediately signed because I already knew I was in good hands from a previous visit. About an hour later the job was done and now everything is running as it should. 5 stars just for customer service. After going with a bigger known company we were hesitant about doing so again. Jake Shelly * went through the process with me twice, very clear about everything that was being done and all my payment options. I highly recommend the VIP program. My AC unit was done and running in 5 minutes. I will definitely be sticking with just right.

This was my first time using Just Right and I have to say I’m very impressed. Their tech Gene was awesome he addressed all my concerns and problems perfectly. Best part was his customer service was on point too. I will continue to use this company because of him.
