American Pacific Mortgage was a very positive experience. Jen and Kenzie were quick to respond to every question I had, attentive and very friendly. She took time to explain everything and made sure I understood all of it clearly. Communication was flawless. If I had any questions I was able to text, call or email for anything. They realized that I was paying too much in home insurance and helped me find a better insurance. Her team was on top of my dead lines and helped me get what I needed done in order to meet those deadlines.
