Dr. Jeffery is my savior. For years, I struggled with pain, numbness, and tingling in my arms that was affecting my sleep and my daily life. After one visit and an MRI, he was able to see that I had a bulging disc. We started to do decompression therapy, and I'm 12/20 sessions in, and I am feeling so much better! I have no more pain or tingling and my range of motion has fully improved! Dr. Jeffery is very down to earth and very knowledgeable about what he's doing. I highly recommend him!

I started having severe neck and shoulder pain last summer that progressively got worse. I did steroids, physical therapy, numbing shots, and even a cortisone shot in my spine. None of it helped in the least. It got to the point where my whole arm hurt, and my fingers became numb. I finally decided to try going to a chiropractor. My daughter had been going to Jeffery Chiropractic, and liked him, so I gave him a call. He got me right in. He looked at my MRI and knew exactly what I needed.
