I went to Great Clips For Lane location and the stylist took me to her station, so she could take care of everything. I explained that I have frozen shoulder and that I’d really appreciate a wash and trim, and if she wouldn’t mind putting my hair in a ponytail and braid. She said, “Sure, no problem.”
She washed my hair and then gave me this little mini scalp massage — rubbed my temples and was just really thoughtful. She just took her time. She didn’t seem rushed or irritated. Great clips always has such kind aestheticians that are a pleasure to chat with. You will be in the chair for a few minutes, but it passes so quickly and pleasurably. They understand when you are trying to just get in and out, or when you need a little socializing and are able to provide that service efficiently

Shelby is the only reason I'm rating this place of five star. I always feel rushed at Great clips but she did the complete opposite and was constantly asking me questions and just honestly a very open and talkative person just what you need when someone is cutting your hair, a friend not a worker! Thank you Shelby!
