My daughter broke her glasses early Saturday morning and I was panicking because she needed a new pair by Sunday to be able to drive and work. I called several same day glasses places and was told her prescription was to high to be able to get them the same day. I called Eyemart Express and they told me they would be able to get her glasses the same day. Customer service was top notch. I had 2 pairs of glasses ready in 17 minutes! Definitely will be returning.

I am an optical lab technician, and work for another optical company. I wanted to try Eyemart Express out, and I was very impressed by their employees and my glasses were well made. I came in on the 23rd, and my sunglasses were done the next day. I was told my glasses would be done in about two weeks; it took a week. I know how difficult it can be to work in this field; I know the pressures from a customer service standpoint and from the standpoint of making management happy, and I know the challenges the lab technicians face too. We are so impressed with the experience that we had buying our glasses. We met with Dallin at the Layton office and he went above and beyond to help us find the right choice for us. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. He definitely made the whole experience perfect.
