We had a membership with Massage & Serenity. On the occasions we were able to get an appointment, the massages were good, however the lack of ability to keep appointments became increasingly frustrating. We were canceled on more than 50% of the time (I kept a log of cancellations to verify the rate). Their last move was unannounced and we quickly canceled our membership. We were told we would be refunded the amount of the previous month, however it actually took me disputing the prior 2 months with my credit card company and waiting nearly 60 days for their lack of response to my dispute for me to get my money refunded. This business was a bit run down when my wife went, however they have now changed from a respectable multi-employee business, to a single person in a run down house that I would not want to get a massage from. I bought their groupon and am hesitant to use it. I am asking for a refund. She never answers her phone and her voicemail box is always full. Her business is now called The Beautiful Truth. Unless you're comfortable going to a run down house to get naked under a sheet and get a massage, I don't recommend going here.

I made the huge mistake of prepaying for a bunch of on sale massages with Massage & Serenity (now called Beautiful Truth.) I feel like they took my money and ran, they will not give refunds because "the service is available" - they have been impossible to get a hold of to schedule an appointment, she says text to schedule an appointment, well they never answer those texts and their voice mail box has been full for months. After the miracle of nailing down a time with them they ALWAYS say they have to reschedule and then ignore me when I try to actually reschedule...
