We have worked with Drain Tech for many years and have had the pleasure of working with serveral of their technicians and schedulers. Every time the service has been excellent-professional and reliable. The are consistantly knowledgeable. We appreciate their commitment to quality service. I would not hesitate to recommend Drain Tech to anyone having plumbing issues.
Ervan was so good to us. He was so nice and polite and gracious even though we felt bad the house was a mess.. and then he went above and beyond the drain cleaning to put our pipe connections back together.. I was also given prompt responses even after hours from their representative.. very impressed and happy with them.
Drain Tech was great to deal with the showed up when they said they would got right to work and got the line to drain with professional service.
