The receptionist, Jesse, was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Nielsen and his assistant made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. They truly listened to what I wanted moving forward and took the time to address all of my concerns.

Dr. Nielsen carefully explained my proposed treatment plan and gave me something I hadn’t felt in a long time, hope. I was amazed to learn that in just about 4–5 weeks I could have my teeth removed and leave with new ones the same day. His confidence, professionalism, and compassion made me feel completely at ease.

My experience so far has been wonderful. I haven’t had the procedure yet, but I will update this review with photos once it’s completed. Thanks to Dr. Nielsen and his amazing team, I finally feel confident that the smile I’ve dreamed of is within reach.
