My 6-year-old son hit his face on corner of the piano and had a gash just above his eye. I called Dr. Bitner’s office to see if I could get in same day. Despite having a stacked day of surgeries, Dr. Bitner agreed to stay late (on a Friday) to get us in.
Dr. Bitner has an excellent bed side manner/calming presence (my son was very nervous). And my son’s gash already looks 1000% better immediately after the procedure. Beyond grateful to Dr. Bitner and his team.
Dr. Bitner is a talented plastic surgeon! Not only is he talented, but he listens, he's kind, and he goes above and beyond to achieve a good outcome. I had a lower face lift in May of 2023. It took a while for everything to settle down, but the outcome was worth it. Dr. Bitner's staff -- Jamie, Holly, and the rest -- are top notch as well, this is truly a group of professionals. Yes, it takes a while to get an appointment, but it's well worth the wait!
I waited 7 months to leave a review. I have thick, oily skin and the wait time to see results is significantly longer than for a lot of other patients which caused a lot of anxiety. I chose dr Bitner based on the before and after photos and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He’s also been very responsive to my frequent calls and emails over the last 7 months. He also examined my inner ear for a non cosmetic/ non surgery related issue for free.
