Good service and friendly staff. It did take them 20 days to ship my order but they where upfront and communicated with me the whole time about the delays, even offering me a refund multiple times if i didn't want to wait. Mrs.Beebe was very nice and offered many solutions if i didn't feel like waiting! will be ordering again in the future, feel free to order from BFAM! you wont be disappointed
