    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND physical therapy and sports medicine! 4 months ago I had my rotator cuff and bicep reattached. I started at a different PT clinic that wasn’t cutting it. Was referred to Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine about 6 weeks post op. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have almost full use of my shoulder and no pain. Ryan, Courtney, and Alan have been amazing! Most of the time I have Ryan and Courtney. Both of them are very knowledgeable and have great attitudes. They have worked diligently to get my shoulder working again. Unfortunately for me before I started PT here scar tissue formed very quickly creating frozen shoulder.     I’ve been going to the Layton center for about 9 months and I feel SO much better. It probably would not have taken so long if I’d done 2x per week like they recommended but I was able to fit PT into my schedule when it worked for me so I’m grateful for the progress that I’ve made and I know they can help me in the future if I need them. Brad is really great about answering questions so that you can better understand what’s going on with your body, and if you’re going for a massage, Carla is INCREDIBLE.     A pleasant surprise! Didn’t realize how much the dry needles would help my progress. And having a comfortable atmosphere that doesn’t feel like a cold overly sterilized hospital right in my own back yard makes it easy to spend 3 days a week there. Plus lot of cute smiling faces =}
