We had our carpets cleaned today with John and I am beyond impressed and grateful for the great work and excellent service. Upon arrival, John walked my house with me taking measurements and writing down each room and area that I pointed out. He provided a quote and my husband and I gave him the greenlight to go ahead and get started. I was pleased with the price and the care he put into my carpets while he was working. We had some pet areas that needed special attention and he was mindful to take note of the area and pre-treated the area prior to cleaning. John is an expert at knowing what and how to clean furniture as well as carpets. I always invite him back. He is full of integrity and of course the supreme expert.
