    Jorden's training regimen at Nimbus produces more pump and results (muscle mass and shredding) than anything I've experienced through any other training program. I always leave his gym feeling stronger and more confident than I walked in. Moreover, his keen eye for correcting subtle imbalances has likely prevented serious injury. This is especially the case for fundamental compound movements such as barbell squats, but also for more accessory, isolated movements such as triceps extensions. Whenever I do them on my own, I always hear his voice in my head telling me, "keep those elbows locked in!". He has creative ways to push you and makes minor tweaks to ensure you get the most out of every set (i.e.: negatives, pauses, etc.). He worked with me after my hip surgery, and has also made sure to gradually introduce workouts in accordance with my surgeon. With the core and hip-strengthening exercises, I am now back to 275 pounds on my barbell squat 6 months after a major hip surgery. I highly recommend his training and the other trainers at Nimbus, whom I have all met as well. Tanner, in particular, specializes in more power-type and Olympic barbell movements. I have gained 15 pounds of muscle mass since training there. I plan on posting photos of my results soon.
