We had a great experience with Jim and his crew. Yes, they are busy, but it’s worth the wait when your yard turns out so beautiful! Jim is an artist. He took our vision and added his artistic talent to create a beautiful yard that we love. The pictures are worth 1000 words. We are often complimented on our yard.

We have been using Jim Puffer Landscaping over the last 15 years. He helped us with a yard tear out and redesign. We were thrilled with the results. He was able to redesign and install an irrigation system that really worked well with the yard layout. We went with Jim Puffer Landscape when we built our current home. Jim did the landscape design and brought our yard to life. We have received numerous compliments over the years. His design choices are carefully considered and really add to an overall pleasing aesthetic. When you see a Jim Puffer designed project it is very much apparent.

Here is a unique review. I have not used this company for landscape but my neighbor does (commercial property) and while they were servicing them a rock go kicked up and broke our window. I went and talked to the workers who were very kind and apologetic. They gave me Jim's number and I called and let him know what happened. The service that Jim Puffer Landscape gave me was over the top. The followed up all the way letting me know when the glass would be replaced and even just called me to make sure the tint was installed correctly and that everything was to my satisfaction.
