We recently moved into a new (to us) home and wanted our HVAC systems inspected for potentially problematic areas. My first experience was with Brent, aka Spiderman. Brent was all over the roof replacing exhaust and intake caps and cutting away rotting insulation and replacing it with new and improved materials. He inspected the vents and determined they must have been cleaned recently, thoroughly checked the furnace burners and all the intake and exhaust piping on both units.
