“My partner and I split our time between Kanab and Tucson, AZ. While training for a half marathon, I developed an annoying but painful case of runner’s knee. My chiropractor in Tucson could not help me at all. While in Kanab, my symptoms became worse, seriously hampering my training regimen. I panicked, as I had only 6 weeks until my race. That’s when I decided to seek out the assistance of Dr. Marc Grow.Marc saw me immediately. Made some adjustments and gave me homework - exercises which would strengthen my glutes where the source of my problems actually originate. He told me if I was vigilant, I should see results in two weeks.I felt some relief immediately from the adjustments; but in less than a week, I began to improve. I even made a run or two with little to no pain at all. I went in for another adjustment just before returning to Tucson.Back in Tucson, I continued with my exercises. As the days and weeks passed, my pain and discomfort began to disappear.Fast forward to race day: the Saguaro Half is a mixture of road and trail. Lots of joint pounding on the 7 miles of pavement, and the remaining trail miles are made up of rolling terrain with loose rocks and sand.I killed it! I ran the entire race - no walking or hiking - and crossed the finish line 6 minutes faster than my goal time. I am 58 y/o, and out of 537 women (all ages) I finished faster than 68% of them, 72% better than women in my age group, and better than 58% of all 900 racers. And the best part? I had ZERO pain!I don’t mention these things to brag, but to show how vastly my running game improved just because of the guidance and expertise I received from Marc Grow.Dr. Grow is also personable, compassionate, knowledgeable, and very intuitive. As if you couldn’t tell, I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone, especially athletes, who are struggling with an injury (acute or chronic) or simply want to keep themselves injury free. He’s the absolute best!“
