Very quick service. We had a leak near the water meter at our house. We had another plumber cancel on us day of, and I called just about every plumber in the valley in a frenzy. Jerry’s was the first to show up. The tech was friendly and honest. He determined the leak was on the city’s side, and even told our city water guy this who was also on-site. When we couldn’t get the water guy to listen, he wrote a very detailed description in our invoice as to why it was the city’s problem. Him and their secretary even went above and beyond in calling our Public Works director several times when I couldn’t get anyone to take me seriously about the issue. Cost-wise, we were quoted significantly cheaper from other plumbers, however, they hadn’t seen the issue themselves yet, so who knows what the final cost would’ve been. Jerry’s did have to pull a tech off another job to come do ours same-day as well. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to others any day!
There was a couple things wrong with my toilet. They took care of the problems and I haven't had any problem so far. It was 281 dollars. I should have bought a new toilet for 144.00 at Lows and a wax ring and saved me money.
