Very quick service. We had a leak near the water meter at our house. We had another plumber cancel on us day of, and I called just about every plumber in the valley in a frenzy. Jerry’s was the first to show up. The tech was friendly and honest. He determined the leak was on the city’s side, and even told our city water guy this who was also on-site. When we couldn’t get the water guy to listen, he wrote a very detailed description in our invoice as to why it was the city’s problem. Him and their secretary even went above and beyond in calling our Public Works director several times when I couldn’t get anyone to take me seriously about the issue. Cost-wise,...read full review

There was a couple things wrong with my toilet. They took care of the problems and I haven't had any problem so far. It was 281 dollars. I should have bought a new toilet for 144.00 at Lows and a wax ring and saved me money.
